Description
Is a massive 6-piston brakes from a V10 TDI, on a VW Golf total overkill or a necessary upgrade for a Turbo MK4 R32? Today we’re pushing the limits of this build to see if these huge 18z calipers actually fit under 18" wheels and if they provide the stopping power this turbo setup needs.
Building a Turbo R32 involves a lot of trial and error. Before we get to the brakes, we had to button up a few other things on the car to get it track-ready. From tight clearances to master cylinder concerns, here is the reality of fitting "too much" brake on a small car.
