Building a road case! Here’s the whole process for installing all of the aluminum extrusions once the panels are all prepped and glued together. I start by building the box, apply some of the aluminum corner protection to protect the clear-coat, and then cut the lid off, before installing the rest of the extrusions and corner protection. This process results in a basically indestructible box, at least for what I’m going to be using it for.
