The Pathways 2 Employment program helps students from disadvantaged schools build real‑world retail skills, confidence, and job‑readiness, opening doors to meaningful employment opportunities. Through our long‑standing partnership with the Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN), Optus mentors have supported more than 700 young Australians, with many graduates securing roles in Optus retail stores.
