Nearly eight decades ago, the man locals knew as Pandit Ji, started a small chaat shop in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Today, it has become an inseparable part of the city’s cultural identity.
From grinding spices at home to welcoming visitors during the Kumbh, each generation has contributed to that enduring legacy.
