Description
The colors should be RAL 5011 Stahlblau** instead of the here shown RAL 5013 Kobaltblau, since 1961
RAL 6007 / RAL 28 Flaschengün instead of RAL 6020 Chromoxidgrün, since 1956,
next to that I used the bleu coaches of what I own still, and those were updated with DB Keks Gr 39 Schüzenwagen and 1 Gr 28 which is pretty steelbleu.
1st class stripes appeared in JAN 1958, and the calssification is 1ste and 2nd class only, no 3rd class since 1956, as for the DB keks* came in use and replacing the letters only.
* The "DB-Keks" (German for "DB biscuit") is the iconic nickname for the logo of the former West German state railway, the Deutsche Bundesbahn.
**Stahlblau = Steel Blue
Flaschengrün = Bottle Green
In modelform the colors are brighter as the real ones! as for optic purposes in scale models.
