Description
Steven Clark can still vividly recall an encounter he believes he had with the now-infamous serial killer Ivan Milat. As a young boy in the 1970s, he and a mate were hitchhiking in Wollongong when a strange man picked them up. Steven thinks they escaped tragedy on that ride only because the driver was pulled over for speeding.
