Recipe (makes 12!)
80g ground oats
40g protein powder
⅓ cup nut butter of your choice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp water (add if the batter looks dry)
4 biscoff cookies
2 tbsp coconut flakes

Directions-
Mix wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, adding a couple tbsp of water to moisten the batter. Use your hands to form balls. Blend biscoff cookies and coconut flakes in a blender. Roll balls into the biscoff/coconut crumble. Leave as is- or for extra fun melt some dark choco and drizzle on top! Option to top with salt. Store in fridge and enjoy!
