Healthy Jowar Cookies Recipe 🍪🌾 (Eggless)
Ingredients:
* Jowar flour (sorghum flour) – 1 cup
* Wheat flour – ¼ cup (optional, for better binding)
* Powdered jaggery – ½ cup (adjust sweetness)
* Ghee – ⅓ cup
* Milk – 2–3 tbsp (as needed)
* Baking powder – ½ tsp
* Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
* Chopped nuts (almonds/walnuts) – 2 tbsp
* Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Mix jowar flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom powder.
2. Add ghee and rub until the mixture looks crumbly.
3. Add jaggery powder and nuts, mix well.
4. Add little milk and make a soft dough.
5. Rest the dough for 15–20 minutes.
6. Roll and cut cookies or make small balls and flatten.
7. Bake at 170°C for 15–18 minutes until slightly golden.
8. Cool completely before serving.

* For a more nutritious version, add flaxseed powder or seeds.
* Store in an airtight jar for about 1–2 weeks.
