This “curry custard” may sound totally weird, but trust me it is incredible. You already know and love the flavour of Thai red curry, now imagine it with a soft and silky texture. And it’s so easy, the banana leaves are optional. You can also change the curry paste to green or other kinds, not traditional, but totally delish.
