An agreement was reached Friday morning in the harassment case involving former WIXX radio host Richard "Otis Day" Dey.
Dey and Emily Chagnon, a Marion resident, are now required to stay away from WIXX morning radio host Natalie Jansen. The two were in court Friday -- the third hearing in the case.
As part of the agreement, both Dey and Chagnon admitted in court they were part of a conspiracy to harass Jansen, WIXX, and Midwest Communications, the parent company of WIXX.
