Welcome to my FIRST TIME watching Gotham Season 1 Episodes 2–4! After an incredible premiere, Gotham is already proving that this isn’t just Batman’s origin story—it’s the origin story of Gotham City itself. Every episode peels back another layer of corruption, crime, and chaos, showing how the city slowly creates the heroes and villains that will one day define the DC Universe.
In these episodes, Detective James Gordon continues his fight against the corruption consuming the Gotham City Police Department while navigating dangerous alliances with Harvey Bullock and some of the city’s most powerful criminals. Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot begins making calculated moves that slowly transform him into the criminal mastermind known as The Penguin, and the city’s criminal underworld grows even more unpredictable.
As young Bruce Wayne struggles with the aftermath of his parents’ murder, he’s guided by Alfred Pennyworth while beginning to uncover the darkness surrounding Gotham. We also get early glimpses of future villains and key DC characters, making every episode feel like another piece of the puzzle leading toward the legendary Batman mythology.
Season 1 Episodes 2–4 continue building a world filled with mob wars, corruption, murder investigations, betrayals, power struggles, and shocking twists. It’s fascinating seeing how Gotham is laying the foundation for so many iconic Batman characters long before the Dark Knight ever puts on the cape and cowl.
