The cost of borrowing is high, and there is a constant stream of people who want to have their car managed in a rental fleet. Without any viable legit options those cars I end up having to compete with being rented below any reasonable market rate. So instead of forcing people to use the shady broker options, I cleared it with my commercial rental insurance policy that I am now accepting 3rd party vehicles to add to my rental fleet.
