With a rare -1.9 tide presenting itself, I had to forage some HUGE sea urchin aka uni. Was lucky enough to find some really big ones walking the beach. After cleaning the sea urchin, I cooked a 1lb ribeye steak with lots of marbling and had that in combination with the uni. So good and easy!
