With so much happening around the world and in our home country Nepal, we feel the need of standing up for our rights here and offer solidarity to our friends across the world who are fighting against the racism and any form of discrimination. We stand strongly with our Dalit community in Nepal who’s been the victim of discrimination for hundreds of years and sadly still prevails today just based on the imaginary caste system which makes them less human than of higher caste. We need to stop this!
It doesn’t stop there, Nepal is facing a serious humanitarian crisis due to this pandemic. Thousands of migrant workers are stranded at Nepal - India border with no access to basic food and water. Daily wage workers are dying in the street of Kathmandu due to starvation. So much suffering around.
We want to do our part like we did in 2015 Nepal Earthquake. We will use our platform to unite global Metal community and help the ones who are suffering the most. Metal For Nepal is a non profit organisation set up to tackle humanitarian crisis caused by Covid -19 in Nepal. Please check the website to get more info on the work we aim to do and donate!
