I hesitated on upcycling this thrifted metal tray but am so happy with how it turned out. I used a beautiful decoupage paper and a bit of rhinetone chain to create a thoughtful gift for our mom for Mother's Day. I even created a little card with her monogram using this month's Chalk Couture transfer.
