Coming from a family of traditional retailers, Harish Khandelwal and his brother had no prior experience in modern trade.
Together, they learned by observing the market, understanding changing customer needs, and started Central Mart in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
Through it all, the customer-first philosophy passed down by previous generations remained unchanged.
