This camera is hosted by Sandy Creek Mining and gives railfans a great look at railroad action in one of Ohio’s best-known railfan towns. Fostoria has long been famous as a major railroad junction, where multiple busy main lines come together and trains move through town day and night.
This view looks along the former Nickel Plate Road / Norfolk & Western / Norfolk Southern side of Fostoria, giving viewers a look at railroad action tied to one of the great names in Midwestern railroad history. The Nickel Plate Road was known for fast freight service across the Midwest, and Fostoria remains a place where railroad history and modern railroading still meet.
