Former Hampton resident Joe Moore was one of NASCAR's most recognizable voices when he was calling races for MRN. Moore was recently at Langley Speedway where he was inducted into the Hampton Roads Sports Media Hall of Fame. Moore talked about what's changed in the sport over the years and what he's doing now at his home in the Florida Keys.
