Closed just mere days ago for the same reason, State Route 31 in Huntington Canyon was closed to traffic in both directions on Saturday due to debris from flash flooding.
Sgt. Andy Battenfield told ABC4.com that flooding has pushed a large amount of debris, trees, logs and rocks onto the road near milepost 29.
