Hello My Beautiful People! Welcome back to the Studio! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! I love watching fireworks on the 4th of July, its such a beautiful and mesmerizing spectacle! Today we are going to change a few variables in one of my favorite techniques to get the result that we want.

Usually I prefer my paint on the thicker side, especially for something where we want to keep a lot of detail (like the fingerlings in a wanderlust pour). But today I really want a softer, more diffuse look with splashes of color to look like the mesmerizing fireworks displays that I love so much. I am doing a Wandering Straight Pour.
The two variables I am changing to get the look I want are a thinner consistency and I am pouring the cup from higher up.
I really like the end result of this pour. There is a lot of vibrant color and some really lovely bunches of multi colored cells, especially in the white area. That is the Feral Cloud Mix doing what it does best, creating lovely soft rounded cells with a little pastel coloring inside. Gorgeous!
The color that surprised me the most was this deep burnt orangey color from the Carmine Red and the Napthol Red Light combining. So beautiful!
