Episode 13 of my ‘Old Haunts/New Jaunts’ series: Filming Steam Up High On A Hillside'. In this vlog, I film Stanier Black 5 45407 The Lancashire Fusilier from a high viewpoint above Copy Pit, on the boundary between Lancashire and Yorkshire (between Burnley and Todmorden). The train was the Buxton Spa Express of 14 March 2026. I show my walk to my chosen vantage point and I explain my decisions and considerations as I go.
