Former health secretary Wes Streeting arrives at 10 Downing Street, as new Prime Minister Andy Burnham forms his cabinet. Streeting resigned as health secretary in May, saying he had lost confidence in Keir Starmer's leadership. He had previously suggested he would stand in a leadership contest, before withdrawing and instead endorsing Burnham to succeed Starmer.
