The blackout technique is one of my favorite ways to use embossing folders! I decided to use colored cardstock as my base for the effect this time—a little ink blending in the center of the pansies help add the right amount of detail to the background! The embossing folder I'm using today is new from Simon Says Stamp's Beautiful Moments collection—Pansy Petals.
