½ tsp chilli flakes
1 egg
1½ cup of water
FOR OMELETTE :-
4 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
1 medium sized tomato
1 medium sized onion
1 carrot
3 green chillies
some chopped coriander
some chopped spinach
butter for cooking
cheese for filling
