Description
Save this for back to school season 🥞 the easiest make ahead breakfast, and your kids can eat it one handed in the car.
Sheet Pan Pancakes:
- Prepare a double serving of Kodiak protein pancakes per the package, plus 1 extra tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup of your favorite toppings (I used strawberries and blueberries, but chocolate chips or banana work too)
Pour the batter into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment. Drizzle the maple syrup over the top and use a fork to swirl it into the top layer. Scatter your toppings over the batter. Bake at 350 for 22 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, then slice and serve.
To make ahead: freeze the individual squares and microwave for 45 seconds to reheat. Breakfast in under a minute.
