Description
In 2025 I had a clear goal to drop the extra weight and get myself healthy. I feel really good about my progress from last year but I know that a yo-yo effect is super common for people who lost a large amount of weight.
I want to use 2026 to help maintain what I've accomplished. I'm hoping this new goal will help me make this weight a norm for me going forward. Long term? I think I need another goal to help maintain my motivation.
