Bond Resolution
A resolution to provide for the issuance of the Development Authority of Pickens County Taxable Revenue Refunding Bonds (Airport Project), Series 2026; to provide for the issuance under certain terms and conditions of additional parity bonds; to provide for the creation and maintenance of certain funds; to provide remedies for the owners of said bonds; to authorize and approve the execution and delivery of an intergovernmental contract; and for other purposes
