Cursor Says Jump, Marquee Says How High (GSAP Animation)

In this video, we're building an infinite image marquee that follows your cursor, with the text underneath rippling out of the way as it sweeps past. We'll rebuild it from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with GSAP and SplitText handling the animation.
