Today I worked on the Celebrate 250 Years of America Sew Along featuring the Celebrate with Quilts book by Lissa Alexander and Susan Ache!
I finished all six blocks for the second quarter, and since they're all 6-inch blocks, they were right up my alley! To make them come together quickly and accurately, I used some of my favorite "cheat methods," strip piecing and lots of foundation paper. I had all six blocks finished in just two and a half hours!
I always love seeing how much faster a project comes together with a few tried-and-true techniques.
Now I want to know... what's your favorite size quilt block to make? Mine will always be a 6-inch block!
