It is as follows:
Championship Discipline & Bulgarian Bag Elite Qualification of Reps
1) Suples Spin: 6 minutes (210+ reps must be completed to qualify as BBE,
or 190+ for the 55+ category )
1-minute rest
2) Swing Squat: 5 minutes (110 reps must be completed to qualify as BBE
or 80+ for the 55+ category )
1-minute rest
3) Suples Snatch: 4 minutes (80 reps must be completed to qualify as BBE
or 60+ for the 55+ category )
1-minute rest
4) Squat & Press: 3 minutes (70 reps must be completed to qualify as BBE
or 50+ for the 55+ category )
1-minute rest
5) Suples Spin Arm Throw: 2 minutes (30 reps must be completed to qualify as BBE
or 20+ for the 55+ category )
