In this episode 2 is the frame is back from powdercoat and it’s finally time to put the entire Harley Sportster back together. From bolting up freshly coated parts to dialing in the details, we take this custom stunt build from a bare frame to a rideable bike.
The project isn’t fully finished yet, but we couldn’t resist getting it on the road for a proper shakedown. And of course—we had to test out some wheelies 👊.
