What’s your first memory of visiting a bank branch? For James, those visits look very different. It usually starts with four empty walls. As a Lead Project Manager at DBS, he is responsible for designing and building spaces including our branches. he designs and builds spaces including our branches. His latest project was the relocation of the Harbourfront branch.
Every decision is made with people in mind. When customers can move through the space comfortably and conversations happen smoothly, that's when James knows the team got it right. By designing with people at the centre, James and his team are helping create spaces that make banking more human.
