Footage found and shown is supposedly from December of 1988, featuring unit DWN 011, aka, Bubble Man testing his aquatic capabilities for the very first time. Bubble Man is shown testing his underwater capabilities for the very first time before fighting Mega Man. In order to fight Mega Man in a water treatment plant, Bubble Man must be functional underwater. The footage showcases Bubble Man's test before reporting back to Dr. Wily.
