Description
The Blue Angels made a special flyover of Boeing St. Louis and toured the facilities where the F/A-18 Super Hornet is built. The visit came prior to their headline performance at the Spirit of St. Louis Airshow and brought the Navy flight team back to the place where part of their story began.
During the visit, the Blue Angels greeted employees, signed autographs and toured the F-15, T-7A and F/A-18 Super Hornet production lines.
The Blue Angels celebrate 40 years of flying the F/A-18 and the team's 80th anniversary.
