30 years ago this month, we returned to Middle-earth and finally gave our 1990 classic ”Lord of the Rings“ the epic orchestral treatment it always deserved! ”The Forgotten Tales“ showed a completely different side of our musical journey! A magical collection of acoustic reworkings, orchestral experiments and all-time favorite covers. 🎸
It gave us the chance to reimagine our own work and pay tribute to musicians across genres. Gems like the alternative version of “Bright Eyes”, alongside epic covers like Mike Oldfield’s “To France” and Queen’s “Spread Your Wings” still hold a very special place in a lot of hearts and physical media library.
