Today’s Bible journaling process started out as a simple “Coffee Cup” Bible verse entry in the book of Jeremiah… but somewhere along the way, the page just wasn’t coming together the way I had hoped. Instead of scrapping the page completely, I decided to keep going — and honestly, this turned into such a valuable creative lesson.
In this video, I’m sharing a real and honest look at Bible journaling when things don’t go perfectly. We’ll talk about creative frustration, learning from mistakes, working through a page you don’t love, and why the process of spending time in God’s Word still matters so much — even when the final result isn’t your favorite.
Along the way, I’m also sharing practical Bible journaling tips for improving a page that feels “off,” including layering, sticker placement, balancing a layout, and embracing imperfection in creative faith journaling.
