In 1976, filmmakers Nick Despota and Nel Benningshof made a quirky documentary about barbecue in the parks of Chicago, speaking to the folks at the grills about their methods and the sometimes comically large piles of meat they're cooking. Titled "7.5 Lbs./Second."
