BAT-BMS Exposed! How One App Can Stop an E-Rickshaw in Seconds
The BAT-BMS app connects to the e-rickshaw's Battery Management System (BMS) using Bluetooth. If the BMS doesn't have proper security, the app can send a "Stop Battery Output" command. The battery immediately stops supplying power to the motor, so the e-rickshaw stops moving.
