In the demo, Danielle shows a center-start method for the peyote section of the design. This is an easier start to the section for beginners.

Bargello 2, Middle Start Word Chart
If you are newer to drop peyote you may find this alternative method easier to work with. In this word chart, we are beginning with the center of the design: Rows 9 and 10.
String Rows 9 and 10 first, then with the working side thread work rows 8 through 1.
Switch to the tail thread, make an odd-count turn and work rows 11 through 19.
