Supermarkets are loaded with garden fresh CORN ON THE COB this time of the year. Using this, simple and easy, baking method just might change the way you start preparing your CORN ON THE COB. IT'S THE BEST!!! We just love it!!!! ENJOY!! :)
Baked CORN ON THE COB
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Remove a few outer layers of husk from corn. Remove all the silk.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter directly onto each corn cob, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a few layers of the husk.
Wrap each seasoned corn on the cob in foil. Seal very well.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Unwrap corn, cool and ENJOY!!!
