I use my -30°C frozen pan and my two scrapers to mix the Ice Cream with the sandwiches, spread it thin, scrape it smooth, roll it up, and decorate the final cup. This is all about visual ASMR, satisfying scraping, crispy tapping, smooth rolling, close-up texture, caramel biscuit crumbs, creamy ice cream, dessert food, and the Ice Cream Rolls making moment that makes you want to guess the result before I taste it.
