Plus, a chaotic Amazon package setup fails, cooking a delicious Dahi Katla, and our pet Milo getting into serious trouble!
Welcome back to the channel! Today started out normally with some kitchen experiments where I tried making a quick and less rich version of Dahi Katla Fish Curry alongside a special veg mushroom paneer biryani for Aryan. But the day quickly took a stressful turn.
We ordered an exhibition banner stand from Amazon for our brand Tita Food, and assembling it became a massive puzzle with missing pieces! While dealing with the household chores, organizing this week's fresh vegetables (including a nostalgic trip down memory lane with Shalpatta and finding overpriced Kakrol), Mithun and I sat down for an honest chat.
Living in a 3-floor villa or independent house looks beautiful, but the endless maintenance, cleaning, and privacy issues are making us rethink everything. We genuinely miss the peace, open views, and low maintenance of a high-rise apartment.
