Protesters led by "Refuse Fascism" marched in the vicinity of the White House amidst the UFC fight carrying signs like "WOMEN" and "IMMIGRANTS" while confining themselves in makeshift cages.
"Trump must go now!" they chanted. "We will not submit, and we will not obey!"
"Keep voting for men to go in girl's bathrooms!" a man mocked the anti-Trump protesters.
"See where you are? That's where you belong!" he yelled at a man with a sign saying "immigrant" standing in a makeshift cage.
"You should be ashamed of yourselves, you're all pathetic."
"Whose house? Our house?" protesters chanted as they arrived at the White House. "The Trump regime has got to go!"
"Welcome to Jim Crow 2.0" a protester wearing a sign reading "BLACK PEOPLE" explained before getting into one of the cages. "Trump must go now!"
