Automobilista 2 version 1.6.9.8 has introduced a new generation of Formula V10 cars, and one of the highlights is this unmistakable tribute to the legendary Renault R25.
Driven by Fernando Alonso to the 2005 Formula 1 World Championship, the R25 marked the end of an era and helped bring Ferrari's dominant run to a close. Now, thanks to AMS2's latest update, we can experience a faithful recreation of this iconic V10-powered machine at classic Barcelona.
In this video, I jump into the Renault-inspired Formula V10 Gen 3 and take on a 15-minute race around one of Formula 1's most recognizable circuits. Between the screaming V10 engine, responsive handling, and AMS2's ever-improving physics, this combination might be one of the most enjoyable open-wheel experiences currently available in sim racing.
