The blue Ford Galaxy minivan is an unmarked ambulance driven by a police officer with a medical doctor in the front passenger seat. This minivan used to go with the president of France in all motorcades. In the Range Rover is Queen Elizabeth and President Hollande. Clip from her visit in 2014, I think.
