And also, please wear whatever you want to wear to work out in, you just won’t catch me in cropped flare pants OR tall socks over leggings.
AND, 5 pounds weights are great if that’s where you need to be in your journey, but if you’re sticking with only five pounds because you’re afraid of “bulking up” like so many of us did back in the day— up those weights! You are so strong!
