Wet plate collodion positive also know as ambrotype, ferrotype or tintype is like polaroid. It has very limited tonality range, whereas wet plate collodion negative and albumen print is judging through same critera better then the best film ever made. Draw back is that collodion negative needs 100 times more light then ordinary ISO 100 film.
