9 Brutally Honest Truths About Being a Good Man

Description

For the last 10 years, I’ve been learning what it actually means to be a husband.

Not just providing, protecting, or checking the boxes, but becoming someone my wife can lean on and my daughters can count on.

A lot of the things I’m sharing in this video came from getting it wrong first. Through conversations with my wife, disagreements, moments where I wasn’t showing up the way I wanted to, and the work of trying to become a better man for my family.

These are 9 truths that have helped me grow. We talk about regulating your emotions, communicating clearly, carrying some of the mental load, being intentional about intimacy, paying attention to what you consume, surrounding yourself with the right people, and remembering what made you fall in love with your wife in the first place.

If you’re trying to become a better husband, a better father, and a better man for the people you love, I hope something in this video gives you something to think about.

Let me know in the comments which one resonated with you the most, or what lesson marriage has taught you that you wish more men understood.
