1. CRISPY CORN
-Ingredients-
• Sweet corn (boiled) - 400 gm
• Gram flour (Besan)-2 tbsp
• Corn flour- 4 tbsp
• Basic spices (salt, red chilli powder, pepper)
• Oil (for deep frying + little for sauteing)
• Chopped onions-1/4 cup
• Garlic-red chilli paste- 1 tbsp
• Chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
• Chopped green chillies-1 tbsp
• Salt (to taste)
• Green coriander leaves (for garnish)

2. CORN CHEESE BALLS
-Ingredients-
• Boiled & mashed potatoes-1/2 cup
• Boiled & mashed corn kernels-1/2 cup
• salt - chilli flakes- mixed herbs- black pepper
• Chopped capsicum-2 tbsp
• chopped green chillies-1 tbsp
• chopped coriander leaves- handful
• cheese cubes- as required
• Maida+ water + salt & pepper (slurry)
• Breadcrumbs - as required
• oil to fry !

* Heeng-1/2 tsp
