We were walking down the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, NY when we spotted a woman setting up her food stall. Since we were on the hunt for Caribbean-inspired food, we had to stop—especially after finding out she’s from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴
I tried one of the most unusual drinks I’ve ever had, and we grabbed a simple but really good street food that’s commonly sold by vendors in the DR.
